7:09: "Shei" (シェー) is a pose first popularized in the 60's era gag manga "Osomatsu-kun" written by Fujio Akatsuka, a pose that a character, usually Iyami, would strike to indicate surprise. Here is a picture below.

I came across this anime club, they happen to have a physical copy of the movie.

Well, as a last resort, you can always put hardsubs on the Italian subs, but I guess that wouldn't be a quality release in your eyes.. :p

I found those distributor sites, unfortunately both last updated somewhere in 2003 and 2006. You can still send an email to the provided addresses, and who knows if you're in luck?

Finding a raw will take some doing since it's 1.) only on video and laserdisc and 2) probably out of print and hard to come by. Guess I'll try to look at the auction sites, though.

Indeed, the only file available so far is a VHSrip with Italian hardsubs.
I could send it to you if you really want it.

I also found two sites that distributed and sold copies of the movies on VHS's or flashdisks, but the sites haven't been updated since 2001. So that's quite a pity.
I'll keep looking!
